There’s a real estate development project on my street that hinges on the developer being able to sell each of three houses for almost $690,000. That’s a lot of money for my street.

I have a partnership that owns a rental property in another part of town that we bought for a little less than $50,000. There are several homes in the neighborhood in that same price range. I’m working on figuring out how to roll up as many of these little properties as I can right now. They are inexpensive, have long term tenants in place, and cash flow really nicely.

That’s what I’m thinking about today.
